Containerboard

PCBK produces fluting and linerboard. Board is produced using hydrophobic agents, providing the finished goods with additional strength properties and improving their quality.

SEMICHEMICAL FLUTING

It is intended to be used as the internal layer of corrugated board and is characterized by a surface distinctly rough to the touch. Fluting has a high stiffness and low absorption of glue.

B-0 and B-1 fluting grades are manufactured in accordance with GOST R 53206-2008 and TU No. 17.12.34-084-24086615-2020. The fluting paper produced by PCBK includes high yield pulp in its composition. High yield pulp is a pulp obtained by light chemical treatment of hardwood (birch).

The fluting’s physical and mechanical properties ensure stable quality under static and dynamic loads (during stockpiling, stacking, storage, etc.) and robustness of the flutes.

PCBK produces fluting with the following widths in mm: 1050, 1260, 1400, 1575, 1900, 2000, 2100, 2200, 2300.

CORRUGATING MEDIUM

B-0 and B-1 corrugating medium grades are manufactured in accordance with TU No. 17.12.34-084-24086615-2020. The medium consists of MS-5B grade waste paper according to GOST 10700-97 (100%).

PCBK offers corrugating medium with the following widths in mm: 1050, 1260, 1400, 1575, 1900, 2000, 2100, 2200, 2300.

TESTLINER

It is used for making the exterior liners of corrugated board. Testliner is manufactured at PCBK production site in Perm according to TU 5441-073-24086615-2014. We offer the following product grades: KT-0; KT-1.

Testliner by PCBK is a product that is 100% MS-5B grade waste paper according to GOST 10700-97. The material is surface-sized using starch size for improve its strength.

PCBK offers testliner in the following widths, mm: 1050, 1260, 1400, 1575, 1900, 2000, 2100, 2200, 2300.

MOISTURE-RESISTANT LINERBOARD

Moisture-resistant linerboard is designed for making corrugated board with improved moisture resistance, used for packaging of fruit, vegetable, frozen foods and products with high humidity. Testliner is manufactured at PCBK production site in Perm according to TU 5441-105-24086615-2015. We offer grade KT-1V.

Testliner by PCBK is a product that is 100% MS-5B grade waste paper according to GOST 10700-97.

PCBK offers moisture-resistant linerboard in the following widths, mm: 1050, 2000, 2100, 2200.

TESTLINER FOR DRYWALL

Testliner for drywall is designed for producing drywall sheets/plates as a facing layer. Testliner is manufactured at PCBK production site in Perm according to TU 5444-104-24086615-2016. We offer grade OB-T-155 (backer paper).

Testliner by PCBK is a product that is 100% MS-5B grade waste paper according to GOST 10700-97.

PCBK offers facer paper in the following widths, mm: 1250; 1180.
